All products in the Heritage Collection are handmade. Due to the handcrafted process of each piece, refunds are not offered. However, exchanges are available within the first 14 days of delivery. Please Contact Us with your order number to proceed.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition.
